Miami Computer Maintenance Contract
 

Our maintenance plan covers labour costs for both off/on-site repairs and mileage. The cost is calculated for a single PC, 10 or more can be renegotiated upon request. All our maintenance plans only support PC systems, not Mac's  or Servers.

Before entering a contract with you or your company, its is mandatory by MiamiPctech to conduct a performance Diagnostic Check of your systems or network.  The outcome of such will determine whether  we will enter into a maintenance contract.

These are the standard maintenance  procedures:

bullet Full system diagnostic and report.     
bullet System cleanup of unnecessary files, spyware, errors.
bullet Perform scan and defragmenting hard drives.
bullet Perform operating system disk check
bullet Monitor hard disk space usage. 
bullet Perform maintenance to include hard disks, memory and disk space. 
bullet Perform hardware diagnostics and inspections on system hardware.
bullet Perform (LAN) Local area network diagnostics
bullet Perform Network connections check. 
bullet Perform Network Internet Maintenance.
bullet Perform Network Internet Security Check. 
bullet Perform Virus Data Updates
bullet Perform Windows Security and Service updates
bullet Perform Internet Explorer Updates
bullet Perform Outlook and Outlook Express Updates
bullet Perform Microsoft Office Service Packs and Security
bullet Tech support will respond within 48 hours of customer request

 Maintenance fee: $50.00 per Computer/Workstation per month.

Situations NOT covered under Maintenance Contract

1.

Software / OS problem (Any problems related to corrupted OS, incompatible drivers, software unstable)

2.

Virus Infections

3.

User Problems (Misuse of hardware, incorrect settings, carelessness e.t.c.)

4.

External computer peripherals (E.g. scanners, printers, digital cameras, zip dive, speakers, game controllers, e.t.c.)

5.

Additional system configuration (Network configuration, internet and e-mail setup)

6.

Upgrading of hardware.  Parts are not included.

7.

Change and installation of consumables like ink cartridges

8.

Acts of GOD / natural disasters (lightning strikes, power surges, flood, earthquake, terrorist attacks, war)

9.

Others (factors not related to manufacturing hardware defects)

 Backing up, Transfer and retrieval of data is not included.
