description:
Responsible for the installation, repair and
preventative
maintenance of personal computer and related
systems. Performs
all installations, upgrades and backups of software
and
hardware applications. Troubleshoots software and
hardware
failures and identifies network problems when they
relate to
PCs.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
Highly Skilled Level: Works on assignments that are
complex in
nature where considerable judgment and initiative
are required
in resolving problems and making recommendations.
May
determine methods and procedures on new
assignments and may provide guidance.
Requires a A+
and N + Certification or Computer repair Training or
equivalent,
experience troubleshooting computer hardware and a
working knowledge of PC operating systems.
Primary Skills: troubleshooting; computer hardware;
operating systems. Traveling is a required. Must have own
transportation and PC Tech Tools. Send your
